1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to aifinanceflux.pro and enrolment in courses offered by AI Finance Flux Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202507642M), 138 Market Street, #24-01 CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946. By using this website or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About AI Finance Flux

AI Finance Flux is a vocational training provider offering practical courses in managing personal and business finances with AI tools — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting. We are an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser, and we are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

3. Meaning of "Flux"

In our brand and curriculum, "Flux" refers to (a) the flow of a finance system you learn to steer through structured workflows, and (b) the flowing progression through course modules. It does not refer to a trading system, income stream, scheme promising cash flow to you, guaranteed returns or any automated money-making product. Course names and marketing that use "flux" describe educational methodology only.

4. Not financial advice

All content — website copy, course materials, facilitator commentary, templates and AI-generated examples — is for vocational training purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax or accounting advice. We do not manage money, execute trades, recommend securities or guarantee savings, returns, profit or any financial results. AI tools demonstrated in class may produce errors; you must verify outputs and consult licensed professionals where regulation requires.

Completion certificates reflect training participation only. They do not confer financial adviser licensing or professional accounting accreditation.

5. Website use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Scrape, mirror or republish content without written permission.
• Submit false information through forms or impersonate others.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent our courses as investment products or advisory services.

We may suspend access for violations.

6. Enrolment and fees

Course descriptions, schedules and indicative SGD fees on this site are invitations to treat. A binding enrolment arises when we confirm your place in writing and you pay applicable fees. Fees are stated in Singapore dollars unless otherwise noted. Refunds follow our published policy (see FAQ) and any enrolment agreement you sign.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, workflows, prompts, templates, branding and website content are owned by AI Finance Flux Pte. Ltd. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning. You may not resell, publicly distribute or commercially exploit materials without consent.

8. Learner conduct

Learners must treat facilitators and peers respectfully, respect confidentiality of shared business examples, and comply with PDPA when handling personal data in exercises. Sharing another learner's financial examples without consent is prohibited.

9. AI tools in courses

You may need your own subscriptions to ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or spreadsheet services. We are not affiliated with those providers. Their terms apply to your use. Do not submit sensitive third-party personal data to AI tools without lawful basis and anonymisation where appropriate.

10. Disclaimers

The site and courses are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access or error-free AI outputs in exercises.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Finance Flux Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from site use or course attendance — including financial decisions you make based on course content or AI tool outputs. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed fees you paid us for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of materials, or unlawful submission of personal data to AI tools during exercises.

13. Third-party links

Links to external sites are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

14. Privacy

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website or our courses.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated where practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted.
