How programs fit together

Each programme is a hands-on finance studio module built around repeatable AI processes. You work with ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and AI in spreadsheets on real budgeting, cash-flow tracking and financial reporting tasks — with prompt engineering drills and AI accuracy checks throughout.

1. Foundations — Managing Personal & Business Finances with AI

Start with the architecture of a clear finance routine. You map how money enters and leaves your household or SME, identify record-keeping gaps, and build your first AI-assisted analysis templates. We cover generative AI for work in a financial management context — summarising bank statements, drafting category rules, and checking AI output quality before you act on numbers. Singapore professionals learn where AI productivity helps and where a licensed professional must decide. This foundation sets up every later workflow in the syllabus.

Indicative fee: S$680 – S$820

2. AI-Assisted Budgeting & Cash-Flow Tracking

Turn scattered figures into a budget you can maintain. You build an AI budgeting workflow that ingests monthly inflows and outflows, flags anomalies, and produces a cash-flow tracking view you trust because you verified each step. Prompt engineering sessions focus on precise instructions to ChatGPT and Claude; spreadsheet craft sessions show AI automation for rolling forecasts. We stress financial planning skills — reading variances, adjusting categories — not investment picks or guaranteed savings.

Indicative fee: S$720 – S$880

3. Expense, Invoice & Receipt Organisation with AI

The invoice you swear you already sent — and the receipt buried in email — get a system. You design an expense-logging routine using AI writing and summarising support to classify, tag and reconcile documents against bank feeds. AI use cases include batch-processing PDFs, matching vendor names, and building audit trails for business finances. Singapore SMEs learn invoice and receipt tracking that satisfies basic record-keeping without pretending to be tax or accounting advice.

Indicative fee: S$650 – S$790

4. Financial Forecasting & Planning with AI Tools

Move from backward-looking reports to forward views you can explain. Using Copilot and AI in spreadsheets, you construct forecast-and-report workflows with explicit assumptions, sensitivity notes and human review gates. We teach how to stress-test AI-assisted analysis — where models hallucinate figures and where your source data must be cleaned first. Financial literacy here means understanding the forecast, not promising returns.

Indicative fee: S$780 – S$940

5. AI Spreadsheets & Financial Dashboards

Build financial dashboards that you — not just the AI — can read at a glance. This module covers AI spreadsheet craft: structured tables, pivot logic, chart selection and narrative summaries for stakeholders. You assemble a dashboard-building workflow for personal finance or SME finance reporting, with repeatable AI processes for monthly refresh. AI automation speeds formatting; your judgment sets what matters.

Indicative fee: S$740 – S$900

6. Capstone — Your AI Finance-Management Workflow

Integrate everything into one capstone finance workflow tailored to your context. You present your practical money system: categories, cash-flow tracking rules, forecast templates, financial reporting cadence and documentation for AI accuracy checks. Facilitators review for completeness and clarity — not for investment merit. Completion certificates reflect training participation at our Raffles Place finance studio only.

Indicative fee: S$820 – S$980
