FAQ
Straight answers before you enrol
What our vocational courses include — and what they deliberately do not.
Is AI Finance Flux an investment service, a trading system or financial advice?
No. We are a vocational training provider that teaches practical skills to manage and track finances with AI tools. "Flux" refers to the flow of a well-managed money system you learn to steer — NOT a trading system, income stream or guaranteed cash flow. We are not a licensed financial adviser, are not regulated by MAS, and do not provide financial or investment advice or guarantee any results.
What prerequisites do I need?
Comfort with spreadsheets and everyday banking apps is enough. No coding background required. You should manage or oversee some personal or business finances and want structured financial literacy with AI tools. Singapore professionals and SME owners at any stage benefit from the foundations module first.
Are courses online or in-person?
Both. Live workflow cohorts meet at our Raffles Place finance studio; self-paced modules run online with forum support. Weekend intensives are in-person. Corporate AI finance training can be delivered on-site or at CapitaGreen.
How large are cohorts?
Typically eight to fourteen learners per workflow cohort — enough for peer feedback, small enough for individual prompt reviews and AI accuracy check drills.
What are corporate prices in SGD?
Corporate team workshops start around S$3,800 for up to ten participants, scaling with headcount and customisation. Full-day programmes with follow-up sessions are quoted separately. Contact us with team size and goals.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund minus a S$50 admin fee if you cancel seven or more days before the cohort start. Within seven days, credit toward a future intake. No refund after the first session, except where required by law. Self-paced modules: refund within fourteen days if less than twenty percent completed.
How do you handle personal data (PDPA)?
We collect only what enrolment and communication require, store it securely, and process it PDPA-compliantly. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, access rights and PDPC contact details. Form consent is never pre-ticked.
What do courses NOT include?
Financial advice, investment recommendations, tax filing, accounting services, money management, guaranteed returns, crypto or stock trading signals, income schemes, or robo-advisory. We teach skills to organise, budget, forecast and report — you decide financial actions; licensed professionals advise where regulation requires.
Which AI tools are used in class?
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and AI features in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). You learn prompt engineering, AI-assisted analysis, AI automation for repetitive tasks, and AI output quality checks. Bring your own subscriptions where needed; we provide guidance on privacy-safe usage for financial data.
Do certificates mean I am qualified to advise others?
No. Completion certificates reflect training participation at our vocational training provider only. They do not confer financial adviser licensing or professional accounting accreditation.
Still unsure?
Request the syllabus or book a short call. We will tell you honestly whether our AI budgeting workflows and cash-flow tracking practice fit your situation — or whether you need a licensed professional instead.
