Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. Organisation identity
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Finance Flux Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202507642M), located at 138 Market Street, #24-01 CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit aifinanceflux.pro, enrol in our vocational courses, or communicate with us. We are a vocational training provider teaching financial management skills with AI tools — not a licensed financial adviser.
Data protection contact: [email protected]. General enquiries: [email protected] or +65 6329 7150.
2. Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and applicable subsidiary legislation. This Policy explains your rights and our obligations as an organisation handling personal data in the Singapore market.
3. What personal data we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title.
- Enrolment data: course selections, attendance records, assignment submissions, payment references (processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store full card numbers).
- Communication data: messages sent via contact forms, email correspondence, forum posts in alumni channels.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral URLs — primarily via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Consent records: timestamps and choices for PDPA consent checkboxes and cookie preferences.
We do not require you to submit actual bank statements, investment portfolios or tax returns for enrolment. Course exercises may use anonymised or synthetic financial examples.
4. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure
We collect personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate, including:
- Processing course enrolments and delivering vocational training in AI-assisted financial management.
- Responding to syllabus requests, corporate training enquiries and general communications.
- Issuing participation certificates and maintaining training records.
- Improving our website, programs and learner experience through aggregated analytics (where consented).
- Complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing our Terms of Use.
- Sending service-related notices — schedule changes, policy updates — where necessary for your enrolment.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to provide financial advice, investment recommendations or money management services.
5. Legal bases and consent
Under the PDPA, we rely on:
- Consent: when you tick the PDPA consent checkbox on forms (never pre-checked) or accept non-essential cookies.
- Contractual necessity: processing required to deliver courses you enrol in.
- Legitimate interests: securing our systems, preventing fraud, improving training quality — balanced against your privacy rights.
- Legal obligation: retaining records where ACRA, tax or court orders require.
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting lawfully processed data before withdrawal. Withdrawal may limit our ability to provide optional updates.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We may share personal data with:
- Cloud hosting and email service providers (bound by confidentiality agreements).
- Payment processors for course fees in SGD.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors) under duty of confidentiality.
- Government authorities when required by Singapore law.
Some processors may store data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA to ensure comparable protection.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
- Enrolment and training records: up to seven years after course completion.
- Contact form enquiries without enrolment: up to twenty-four months.
- Cookie consent preferences: six months (renewed on revisit if expired).
- Server logs: up to ninety days unless required for security investigations.
Data is securely deleted or anonymised when retention periods expire.
8. Security measures
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of data we hold — access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), staff training on PDPA obligations, and limited access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and caution when sharing financial examples in course forums.
9. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed within a year before your request.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
- Data portability — where applicable, receive certain data in a commonly used machine-readable format.
Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days unless an extension is permitted. A reasonable fee may apply for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests.
10. Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC)
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with the PDPA, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission:

11. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to operate this website and, with consent, to measure usage. Details — categories, durations, vendors and opt-out instructions — are in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies do not require consent; analytics cookies are disabled until you accept or customise preferences.
12. Minors
Our courses are designed for adults managing personal or business finances. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen without parental consent. Contact us to request deletion if you believe a minor has submitted data.
13. Links to other websites
Our site may link to AI tool providers (OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic) or reference materials. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not ours.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acknowledgement where permitted by law.
