AI Finance Flux opened at CapitaGreen on Market Street because Singapore professionals deserved a place to learn AI-assisted financial management without the noise of investment hype or generic AI demos.
Why we exist
Most people managing household or business finances in Singapore already touch AI somewhere — a ChatGPT summary of expenses, a Copilot formula in Excel, a Claude draft of a monthly report. Few have been taught to do it safely, repeatably or with honest limits. We built a hands-on finance studio to close that gap.
Our vocational training provider status means we teach skills: budgeting with AI tools, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting. We are not a licensed financial adviser, not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and not a trading platform. "Flux" in our name refers to the flow of a well-managed money system you learn to steer — and the flowing progression through course modules — not an income scheme or guaranteed cash flow.
The Raffles Place finance studio sits where many of our learners work — accountants adjacent, founders upstairs, freelancers between client meetings. That context shapes our examples: SGD figures, local invoicing habits, PDPA-compliant data handling, and the particular chaos of three apps that never agree.
How we teach
Facilitators are experienced educators in AI productivity and financial literacy — practitioners who manage their own records with AI tools and speak plainly about where models fail. We do not parade fake credentials or claim MAS licensing we do not hold.
Every session follows the current console method: scenario, tool choice, prompt refinement, spreadsheet verification, human decision. You practise prompt engineering on real categories, run AI accuracy checks on outputs, and build repeatable AI processes you can explain to a colleague or family member. Generative AI for work is always tied to financial management tasks — never detached "AI tips."
We are honest about limits. AI hallucinates figures. Receipt OCR misses lines. Forecasts built on messy data lie politely. Our job is to teach you to catch that before it reaches a board slide or a household budget meeting — and to know when a licensed professional must step in.
